Heather Nathan attended New England School of Law and has her undergraduate degree from Providence College.  She has been practicing law for 20 years and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and New Jersey.  Heather has committed her entire legal career to helping people injured due to the negligence of others.

Glen Rodriguez Bio:  
Glen Rodriguez attended The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.  He has been practicing law for 43 years and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.  Glen has over forty years of experience trying cases with significant monetary value and criminal liability.  He began his legal career in the Bronx District Attorney’s office, becoming one of the youngest ADA’s elevated to the Homicide Bureau where he investigated, litigated and tried numerous Homicide Cases. Upon resigning from the District Attorney’s Office, he continued his legal career with the Hanover Insurance Group where he was the Attorney of Record and Lead Trial Attorney responsible for all litigated cases in the counties of Suffolk, Nassau and Queens. In this role, Glen investigated, litigated and tried numerous civil cases with significant monetary value. These cases included, but were not limited to, Construction Accident, Products Liability, Motor Vehicle, Premises Liability and Trip /Slip and Fall cases. Glen concentrates his practice on helping people who have sustained significant personal injuries due to the negligence of others.

Lori Gernhardt Bio:
Lori, a senior paralegal with Rodriguez & Nathan, has worked in the legal field for over 30 years.  She graduated from Adelphi University with a degree in paralegal studies.
